What happens after you register.
- A division recruiter reviews your profile against open and pipeline mandates in your discipline.
- When there is a match, we call first. No submission of your resume to any employer without your permission.
- We coordinate interviews end to end: scheduling, preparation notes, reminders, and rescheduling when plans change.
- At offer stage we advise on the package and manage the paperwork through your first day.
- Your record stays active for future searches until you ask us to close it. Reply STOP at any time to end SMS updates.
