GEE Group Inc. ("GEE Group", "we", "us") is a professional staffing and executive search firm headquartered at 7751 Belfort Parkway, Suite 150, Jacksonville, FL 32256. GEE Group Hire is our candidate platform for registration, search matching, and candidate communications.

2. Information We Collect

Registration data: name, email address, mobile phone number, country, and practice division of interest, submitted on our forms.
Consent records: the text of the consent you gave, the date and time, the page URL, and technical metadata needed to evidence consent.
Candidacy data: information exchanged with recruiters during a search, such as work history, compensation expectations, and interview scheduling details.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security, analytics, and campaign attribution.

3. How We Use Information

To operate the candidate register and match you to live mandates.
To coordinate interviews, including reminders and reschedule notices.
To send transactional SMS messages you have explicitly consented to receive.
To evidence consent and comply with telecommunications regulations.
To secure and improve the platform.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal requirements.

No mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. SMS Data Practices

If you opt in to the GEE Group Hire SMS program, we use your mobile number solely to deliver the transactional messages described at opt-in: interview appointment reminders, application received confirmations, reschedule notices, application status updates, and offer-stage notifications. Message frequency varies based on your active applications and scheduled interviews. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel; HELP for help.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent records are retained for compliance purposes and are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for its own marketing use.

5. Sharing

We share candidacy information with prospective employers only after discussing the opportunity with you. We use service providers (such as cloud hosting and SMS delivery providers) under contractual confidentiality obligations, and only to operate the platform and deliver the messages you requested. We may disclose information where required by law.

6. Retention

Candidate records remain active until you ask us to close them. Consent records are retained for the period required to demonstrate regulatory compliance.

7. Your Choices

Reply STOP to any SMS to end text messages at any time.
Email alex.stuckey@geestaffing.com to access, correct, or delete your candidate record.
SMS consent is optional; declining it never affects your candidacy.

8. Security

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of candidate data, including encrypted transport and access controls.

9. Children

The platform is intended for working professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
